Digital Workflow Integration
We accept high-precision digital 3D scans (STL/PLY) or traditional physical impressions. Our CAD/CAM-integrated laboratory ensures seamless data transfer for maximum fit accuracy and reduced chairside adjustments.
Lab Turnaround Times
Standard local production generally takes 5–7 business days. For specific turn around times refer to our time chart. We prioritize case efficiency to support your practice scheduling, providing reliable delivery dates so you can manage patient expectations with confidence.
Band & Loop & Space Maintainer Submission Requirements
Effective Immediately
To ensure the highest level of fit and fabrication accuracy, Cornerstone Orthodontic Lab has updated the submission requirements for Band & Loop and Space Maintainer appliances.
All cases submitted for these appliances must include one of the following:
• A properly sized orthodontic band, or
• A returnable band that can be used to determine the correct size.
Cases submitted without a band may be delayed until the required information or component is received.
