How do I submit a case?
You can submit a case directly through your scanner of choice. Or you can fill out and email a lab form and request a pick up if taking an impression. Lab forms can be found here.
As a patient can I order aligners directly from your lab?
No, at this time you cannot order aligners directly through our lab. You must see your dentist or orthodontist in order to receive aligner setups. You can, however, request Auralign Aligners by Cornerstone Ortho Lab at the time of your dental appointment.
